Silver Dollars - Special Edition
Each year the Royal Canadian Mint releases a large variety of silver dollars. Special edition silver dollars are also released each year with a wide variety of themes and designs incorporating important moments/events/people/places in history. Special edition silver dollars generally have a lower mintage than regular issue silver dollars and some also have enameling, coloring, or selective gold plating.
